News from South Africa.

Well the team have been on a well earned break to the cape this month. Its be superb with some great winds out here and all the new prototype equipment. We have seen the Slingshot RPM 2010 and after talking to the Slingshot Kite Designers yesterday they have made minimal tweaks to the kite, with only the bar being the main change. The Fuel talk is very interesting, and it looks to us like its going to have a very interesting design if they can pull it off! If they can then its going to have massive weight saving potential, but not sure we can say much about this yet!

We were also talking to some of the slingshot team riders out here who ride the fuels and the feedback we have been getting is the fuel works best on 20m Lines, which is something freestyle riders may want to consider.

There are also some prototype 2011 slingshot boards out here which we have photos of and will upload when we get home

all the Brunotti 2010 Boards are here and look stuning, although im not sure that im keen on the onyx graphics this year.

We have seen the North Evo 2010, which seems to have lost some of its delta shape, but there have been some people truly shredding up the swell last week on the sevens and fives.

The place is buzzing though, with some big names out here, Youri, Kevin, Ruben, Aaron, and Kite designers such as Reberto ricci and Emerie from slingshot are down here.
