This sport is over 10 years old, yet we still haven’t found a decent review. And when you’re spending 800+ of your hard earned coinage on something you can’t find any decent feedback on it often feels like stabbing in the dark. Most reviews consist of “its super stable” “great depower!” “Fast turning” “very smooth”. That’s all just too vague and bland.
So below, we have set to revolutionie . However if there is something we really didn’t get on with, then it won’t be on the site!!
Remember this is only our opinion, trust it how you will.
The biggest problem when people try kites is they just don’t give them enough time to get get dialled in to their particular characteristics. I am one of the many people who have tried something and instantly cast it off as rubbish after one session when I haven’t given it a proper chance.
A prime example was with my Brunotti board which when I tried it, really didn’t like it. Three years later I’m still on the same board, and still over the moon on how it performs for what I want it to do. So if you try a new kite or board, give it at least three good sessions before you decide it’s not right.
It’s going to take a while to review all the kites, so bear with us.
