So, after the huge success of the the present generation Fuel Kite, we can see a glimpse of the new generation released at the Slingshot Kite Party in France . With some stunning new graphics, the kite uses the same design and aspect ratio as the previous fuel in 09, but with new features that will improve durability.
The new features on the kite have been added in Slingshots on going effort to produce the ultimate performing kite. For a start Slingshot have reduced the amount of Dacron they use on the wingtips to reduce the overall weight and to optimize performance. So now Dacron appears right at the end of the wingtip,
 which is the only place it is needed. Re-enforcement padding has been added in more important areas to stop any stitching abrasion. The struts have been re-enforced for durability, to minimize the chance of splitting when under the most stress. The rear of the kite has been significantly tightened
 up to reduce the canopy flutter and flap which will increase the aerodynamic efficiency and handling of the Fuel. As you can see all these measures will not change the overall performance of the kite, they are simply making the best better, but it will still have the perfect feedback, and the perfect
 overall performance that can be found in the 09, which ticked all the boxes for so many U.K Rider this year.
But the biggest changes on the 2010 package lies within the bar.Slingshot bar systems have always been great,
 but the 07/08/09 bar could have been re designed for maximum simplicity and ultimate performance to work with a freestyle rider which all Fuel riders demand.
